Wild Side Stripes on Orange is inspired by a trip to South Africa. The people, animals and landscapes are reflected in the colors and patterns on the pieces in this series. The ceramic portion is fired to Cone 10 in reduction. The curly willow is then harvested and loosely woven around the edge, casting an amazing shadow on the wall.
