Archway Readers

The Archway Readers, a group of Houston area writers, meet monthly, usually on the 3rd Thursday, to share their words with one another. Readers are restricted to 5 minutes.  Audience is welcomed.

Our History: In August of 1997 Sandra Sherrod, a former gallery artist, and donna e perkins, a current gallery artist, started these monthly readings. Archway Gallery has provided us a home for all that time. It is a pleasure to read surrounded by art.

Archway Reader's 25th Anniversary

In August, 2022, The Archway Readers celebrated 25 years of sharing their words with one another.
