The series I Am Not a Robot is based on the ubiquitous – and annoying – checkbox seen on almost all websites. But for me, this serves as a reminder of the illusion of free will (note that the box in these works is NOT checked). This one depicts the despairing emotional reaction to this realization (though this idea has brought me great peace).
