Anima Gemella by Denise Giordano
When I started this creative journey four years ago, it was inspired by the loss of my partner. I needed some way of releasing my hurt and pain so I turned to the one thing that was dormant inside me for over 30 years.
Istarted creating with clay as I wanted to be able to touch and feel the work. I had not had any previous teaching, and still haven’t. As a self-taught artist, the learning process continues through experimentation. The title, “Anima Gemella,” is Italian for soulmate.
