I am pleased to submit my Painting on the subject of “Time for Change”. This was finished just a few days ago; for the virtual show. The concept is based on the theme of “Black Lives Matter”. It depicts subtle symbolism of liberty, justice and freedom. The composition is asymmetric with dynamic colors such as blue, red and white. Every part of the canvas rotates around the contrasting elements, and conflicting black and white with dominating red dripping down denoting injustice and brutal killing of innocent citizens. The aesthetic sensibility is quite subtle and artistic in terms of rendering of the contemporary situation in the country.
