Anga
Born and raised in France, Anga discovered her passion for painting later in life. Under the guidance of a private teacher who constantly encouraged her to step beyond her comfort zone, she developed a strong command of color, form, and spatula techniques. Over time, she embraced figurative expression as her primary artistic language, allowing her to portray emotion, movement, and identity with striking clarity.
Her relocation to Dubai in 2011 opened a new chapter in her artistic journey. Immersed in a multicultural environment, she participated in several exhibitions and earned certificates recognizing her work, including an award for Creative Excellence. These experiences broadened her artistic vision and strengthened her confidence as she explored new mediums and perspectives.
A multidisciplinary creator, Anga works with glass, mosaic, wood, metal, oil paint, and unconventional materials. Driven by curiosity, she loves giving discarded or ordinary objects a renewed artistic life, transforming what might have been forgotten into meaningful creations. She is never afraid to try something new, constantly pushing the boundaries of her practice.
Her art conveys messages that are both poetic and profound, inviting viewers to reflect on themselves and the world around them. In 2019, her move to Houston added another dimension to her work, deepening her exploration of the complex relationship between human beings and contemporary society.
