Harris has been
drawing and painting objects and
ideas
since childhood. She finds many patterns and statements in the
world - social, physical, and man-made - which are reflected in her
long-term concurrent art and drafting careers. Harris believes that
art reflects significance and truth in closer scrutiny of appearance.
Her paintings are expressions of that reality.

| 'Marsha won the Richard Keyes
Memorial award in the Plein Air National show held in Columbia, Missouri
during the summer of 2006. She has been teaching Beginning Watercolor
at the Watercolor Art Society - Houston this year and will teach another
session beginning in January 2008. For further information regarding
